Our Eastern Cape hunting concession's lie near the town of Middleburg. The farm GOUDFONTEIN is about 30 km from Middleburg and 80km from Graaff-Reinet. The terrain is very mountainous and can be very cold in the winter. Snow can fall during Winter.
The farm is 7000ha, but we also hunt on the nabouring farms. The lodge is a quaint small hunting home nestled in the mountains and can cater for up to six people. The mountainous terrain makes it ideal for Klipspringer, Grey Reedbuck and Mountain Reedbuck. There is an abundance of these animals, free roaming, in this area.
Various other game is also available in the area. This is the ideal hunting place for the adventurous type. Please take note that hunting here consists of a lot of walking and climbing of mountains.
